The iPhone 12 were for Apple the opportunity for a revival in terms of design, with the arrival of flat edges which, a year later, was widely acclaimed by the public, to the point of being copied by the competition, just like the next OnePlus Nord N20 5G. But despite this success, these smartphones are not without problems, as there may have been for previous generations. And today the Cupertino company has just communicated on speaker problems having been detected on certain iPhone 12 & 12 Pro models. Devices that will be able to be supported.
Apple explains that “If your iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro does not emit speaker sound when you make or receive calls, it may be eligible for service. Apple, or an Apple Authorized Service Provider, will service eligible devices free of charge.” And to do this, you have three options.
You can either turn to an Apple Authorized Service Center, make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store, or contact Apple Support Services directly.. And if the small problems that your iPhone 12 encounters make you think of turning to newer ones, we remind you that the iPhone 13 is also currently on sale.
