You don’t have to be a great prophet to predict that Apple will announce the new iPhone 14 (Pro) and the Apple Watch 8 in the coming month. The only question is the exact time. In advance, the manufacturer from Cupertino has now started to prepare the recording of the upcoming keynote. However, this does not mean that there will be no on-site event.
Apple is preparing to record the iPhone 14 and Apple Watch 8 keynotes
Due to the pandemic, Apple has pre-drawn the keynotes of the last two years and then played them at the time of the keynote. How is the whole thing being handled around the September keynote?
The pandemic is still unpredictable, so Apple is probably taking a multi-pronged approach in the run-up to the September event. Mark Gurman reports in his new PowerOn newsletter that Apple is preparing to record the iPhone 14 and Apple Watch 8 keynote. The event is scheduled to take place in early September.
However, considering WWDC in June this year, Apple also had a pre-designated keynote and at the same time hosted an on-site outdoor event on the grounds of Apple Park. We can also imagine this for the iPhone 14 and the Apple Watch 8 in the coming month.
In addition to the September keynote, there will also be a second Apple keynote this fall. While the September event will focus on the iPhone and Apple Watch 8, October will see Apple focus on the Mac and iPad. It remains to be seen when the AirPods Pro 2, possibly new HomePods and a new Apple TV will be presented.
