The attorney general, Rodolfo Delgado, announced this morning during a television interview that they are working on the creation of the new National Directorate of Penitentiary Prosecutors, in order to strengthen and verify judicial processes against gang members.
“I want to announce that in the next few days a National Directorate of Penitentiary Prosecutors will be created that will be in charge of verifying the execution of all sentences against gang members,” Delgado explained.
El Salvador continues to advance in various areas in judicial and fiscal matters, through the creation of tools that complement security work and in this way guarantee that criminals and members of terrorist structures pay for their crimes with fair sentences and without any type of of benefits.
