Google is starting the new month with various updates, including, of course, a so-called security bulletin for the Android operating system. Based on this, manufacturers such as Google and Samsung will roll out their monthly updates for eligible smartphones in the Pixel and Galaxy series.
The list of security fixes is also in March 2023 quite long. However, not every fix affects every device. Google will supply the pixel smartphones separately. In March 2023 there will also be a quarterly update for Android 13 and the associated pixel feature drop.
To request an update on Google Pixel: According to Google, if new system updates are officially available, they can be downloaded “immediately” and installed on the devices. To do this, open the “System” area in the settings, then “System update” and now press the “Check for updates” button.
