Having decent facilities is a fundamental step to provide the attention that people in situations of victims in Sonora deserve, indicated the governor Alfonso Durazo Montanowithin the framework of the inauguration of the offices of the State Executive Commission for Attention to State Victims(REV)of SonoraLocated in Bicentennial Square.
The state president pointed out that respect for the dhuman rights and victim care They are one of the most sensitive and highest priority issues for your government, hence the need to have decent infrastructure and first-rate equipment that meets national and international quality standards.
“The inauguration of these offices, today, is a step in the solution: dignified facilities will allow greater dignity in the care of victims. We have made this effort, without haggling, in attention to the relevance, to the priority that care for the victims has for my government, ”he emphasized.
The support of the federal government, the commitment of the CEEAV, as well as the organized civil societyhas been of the utmost importance to provide dignified care, highlighted the head of the state Executive, who announced that this year, through the Institute of Scholarships and Educational Credit, 100 scholarships of one thousand pesos per month will be awarded, for ten months, for girls and children who are preschool, primary, and secondary students who are victims.
For his part, Alejandro Encinas Rodriguezundersecretary of Human Rights, Population and Migration of the Federal Ministry of the Interiorhighlighted the actions of the government of Sonora, since the installation of these offices does not represent another administrative act, but is a sign of the commitment of the state administration to provide dignified, humanistic and comprehensive attention to this problem.
