It was the main unknown for the race to succeed Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux at the head of Medef. Unlucky candidate in 2018 against the current incumbent, Alexandre Saubot finally gave up trying his luck again this year.
“I have decided not to run for the presidency of Medef. The issues of sovereignty and the reindustrialization of our country are my main concern. I will continue to devote myself fully to it”, explains the general manager of Haulotte Group, an ETI manufacturing aerial platforms, in a message addressed to “Echos”.
