A short while ago, Mahmoud Al-Khatib, president of Al-Ahly club, arrived at the Mohammed V complex in Casablanca, which will host the African Champions League final.
Mahmoud Al-Khatib was keen to go to the Al-Ahly team bus after walking several steps behind the team bus, before entering the stadium, to support and encourage the players before facing the final.
Al-Ahly will face its South African counterpart, Caires Chiefs, this evening, Saturday, in the final of the African Champions League, searching for the second title in a row and the tenth in the history of its participation in the Champions League.
The Kaizer Chiefs team had qualified for the final match at the expense of Moroccan Wydad, while Al-Ahly booked its seat in this round at the expense of Tunisia’s Esperance.
