Music superstar Adele (33) is currently more in demand than ever. Just a few days ago the singer released her latest album and broke a record with it. Adele’s “30” is already the best-selling album of the year. The public interest in it is huge. In an exclusive interview, however, an Australian journalist made a serious faux pas. Because he didn’t hear her album, there was a violent reaction from Adele’s record company.

As The Daily Telegraph reported, TV presenter Matt Doran should not have asked Beauty in the interview a single question about her new album. And that, although Adele had sent him a preview of the songs by email beforehand! When she took matters into her own hands at some point and asked the journalist how he would find her album, the latter replied: “I haven’t listened to it”. And what was his explanation? Apparently he didn’t read the email!

But it did not stop. Adele’s label Sony subsequently denied the broadcaster the rights to broadcast. The Australian even stayed away from his job for two weeks after the interview. Whether he was temporarily suspended is controversial. It was also rumored that Adele stormed out of the room angrily. But here, too, there are different media reports. Opposite to The Australian complained to Matt that he felt “humiliated” and wanted to apologize.
