Dakhla – Africa has all the ingredients to meet the challenges of energy dependence and promote very cheap and competitive energy, as a factor and a major component of economic development, said Saturday in Dakhla, the director general of the National Office for Electricity and Drinking Water (ONEE), Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Global Sustainable Electricity Partnership (GSEP), Abderrahim El Hafidi.
