The extension of the compensation rights of intermittent entertainment workers until the end of August 2021 was recorded by a decree of the Ministry of Labor published on Sunday in the Official Journal.

In addition, a draft decree, to be published soon, sets out the specific conditions under which readmission rights will be examined at the resulting from this extension to August 31, 2021.
«By way of derogation if the job seeker does not meet the minimum membership condition of 507 hours during the last 12 months, the missing working hours will be sought during an extended reference period running beyond 12 months. preceding the last end of the employment contract. These working hours are retained from the most recent to the oldest until reaching 507 hours, without the hours having served for a previous entitlement to be re-used.», We can read in the draft decree.
The text also plans to double the number of hours of intervention in an educational establishment, taken into account for the opening of unemployment rights, by increasing them from 70 to 140 hours for those under 50 years old. For older intermittents, the number of hours drops from 120 to 170 hours.
