The original creators of the Activision saga are already hiring for an unknown development.

It’s always hard to guess where the usual annual franchises are going to point their future plans. Developing multiple deliveries at once and tight release dates are the bread and butter at Activision, which has in Call of Duty its maximum exponent. And if the 2019 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare was great to us, it seems we have good news about it.

Infinity Ward has triggered rumors about a possible sequel to Modern Warfare, after denying a few months ago the existence of the third remastered installment. Those responsible for the title (and original creators of the saga) have announced the creation of a new development studio in Austin, Texas, expanding with the goal of shaping a future project.

This team will join the already existing in Los Angeles, Mexico and Poland, and Infinity Ward is already hiring profiles for all available positions. This leads us to believe that the work resulting from this new study will take a while to arrive, since it has yet to take shape and be effectively integrated into the family of experts in combat shooters.

As we get excited about a new sequel to Modern Warfare, the installment right around the corner is Call of Duty: Vanguard. The title of Sledgehammer Games he is committed to a photorealistic world and a remarkable technological leap, in addition to having a certain historical rigor in his portrait of the Second World War.
